From navigating sensitive estate sales to closing luxury million-dollar listings, Jerome’s focus is always on providing a concierge level experience for his clients with a clear-eyed strategy and measurable results.

Jerome began his real estate journey in 2010 when he decided to pursue a career that would combine two of his passions: housing and helping people. Jerome previously worked in the insurance industry, as both an insurance agent and as a property claims adjuster. He gained in-depth knowledge of building materials and finishes, inspecting properties for causes of loss, and writing up scopes and estimates for repairs and replacements. During this time, he also learned a great deal about about both the emotional and practical aspects of home ownership. Previously working in business to business sales, Jerome developed his strong negotiation and problem solving skills. Jerome spent his early years in Chicago's west suburbs, and his formative and college years in Normal, Illinois, where he attended Illinois State University. He and his family live in Chicago's Edgebrook neighborhood where he's very active in the community.  Outside of real estate, Jerome enjoys spending time with his family, especially going on long walks and discovering new places in and around Chicago. As an outdoors enthusiast, you can often find Jerome coaching his daughter's soccer team, camping with his family, trail running in the local forest preserves, playing basketball/softball with his friends from church, or exploring the many offerings of the Chicagoland area.
