We have positions available that will work great to supplement your existing restaurant or hospitality job (flexible schedule, only need a few hours a week). Unlike other typical Leasing Agent positions around the city that are commission only, we also have the option to earn income hourly, starting at $20/hr.

This isn't a "sit behind a desk" kind of job. You’ll be out and about, exploring different neighborhoods and touring unique properties. Whether you’re interested in a career in real estate or just want a high-energy role that fits your existing schedule, we want to meet you.

Meeting people searching for their next place at properties across Chicago.
Lead tours and highlighting the best features of different homes.
Attending meetings and trainings in our office.
Learning the "ins and outs" of real estate at your pace.

What We’re Looking For:
A Reliable Car: You’ll need your own wheels to get from property to property.
The "People" Person: You’re outgoing, professional, and love helping others.
Adaptable: Ability to think on your feet and keep up with last minute adjustments.
Interest in Real Estate: You are currently licensed (Leasing or Broker) OR have a desire to get licensed. We will help you through the licensing process!
